“Space Jam 2” is in the works — starring LeBron James. Producers are in talks with Justin Lin of “Fast and Furious 6” to direct. The original “Space Jam” — starring Michael Jordan — shot to #1 when it opened in 1996. It made $230 million worldwide.

Last July, Springhill Entertainment, owned by none other than NBA superstar LeBron James penned a deal with Warner Brothers to produce the long awaited sequel. And they have even gotten the director of everybody’s fav never ending movie series, Fast & Furious, Justin Lin to being the vision to life. Andrew Dodge is currently working on the script. If you’ve ever seen the movie Bad Words then you will know how funny this movie has the potential to be.
