Man charged with trying to break into 50 Cent’s home

Police have charged a man with trying to break into 50 Cent’s Connecticut mansion. They received a 911 call from the caretaker, who fled the property. Police caught the man on the property with a printout of directions to the home. He’s facing 4 criminal charges.

Ny Daily news reports;

Police believe the accused bandits climbed over a fence and got into the house — which was once owned by boxer Mike Tyson — through an unlocked door.

One of the accused thieves, Alexander Hernandez was found “hiding in a closet, drinking a bottle of wine he had stolen from the residence,” according to a press release from the Farmington Police Department.

Another suspect, Santos Padilla, was discovered hiding in another part of the house. Both were in possession of marijuana when they were arrested.

Hernandez was released on a $50,000 bond. He was turned over to cops in New Britain where he is wanted on outstanding warrants.

Padilla was held on a $50,000 bond.
